The Mission

KIA launched temporary pop-up stores across Karnataka from October to January to capitalize on the festive season and boost sales.

The initiative aimed to: 

  • Engage potential customers through interactive brand experiences
  •  Create high-visibility touchpoints in key locations
  • Drive festive-season footfall and conversions 

    The biggest challenge was securing prime locations during a high-demand season, ensuring the timely setup of multiple pop-ups across different cities.
